Job summary

Tire Discounters, Inc. in the United States is hiring an Entry Level Tire Technician. You’ll learn to replace, repair, and rotate tires with hands-on training and clear growth paths into higher service roles.

Expect to work in a fast-paced shop, earn $14.00–$16.00 per hour with overtime and weekly commissions, and be paid weekly. Saturday availability is required. Join a family-owned company that values people and safety.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration and ability to follow instructions.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with outdoor conditions and occasional hazards.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service by meeting the customers' needs.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.
