Job summary

Tire Discounters is seeking a Tire Technician in Virginia to join our family-owned automotive service team. You will replace, repair, and rotate tires, operating tire machines and balancers, while completing work orders and maintaining an organized shop.

This hands-on role includes training to grow into more advanced positions, with weekly pay, overtime, and eligibility for a monthly store bonus. A strong work ethic and teamwork are essential to succeed in our fast-paced environment.

Position Overview

As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands-on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.

Compensation

Pay: $16.00 + per hour effective rate

Our Tire Technicians are paid weekly, including base pay, overtime, and tire spiffs. They are also eligible to participate in the monthly store bonus.
