Tire Discounters in Hendersonville, TN is seeking a Tire Technician to join our team. You will replace, repair, and rotate tires on customer vehicles, with hands-on training to build skills for advanced roles.

This role emphasizes customer service, safety, teamwork, and a positive WOW experience. Eligible to work Saturdays; ability to lift up to 75 lbs; authorized to work in the USA; overtime and weekly commission opportunities available.

Position Overview

As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands‑on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed.

Compensation

• Effective Pay: $14.00–$16.00+ per hour
• Your effort pays off. Earn additional income through overtime and weekly commission opportunities.
