Job summary

Tire Discounters invites you to start your career as an Entry Level Tire Technician. You’ll gain hands-on training while learning to replace, repair, and rotate tires on customer vehicles.

With a strong focus on safety and service, you’ll operate tire equipment, complete work orders, and help customers and teammates. This role offers overtime opportunities and weekly pay above $14–$16 per hour.

Qualifications

• Service attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service by meeting the customers' needs.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.
