Job summary

Tire Discounters, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic Entry Level Tire Technician to join our Cincinnati-area service team. You will install and repair tires, operate balancers and tire machines, and complete work orders accurately while delivering excellent customer service.

You'll work in a fast-paced shop environment with hands-on training designed to advance your career as you gain skills toward higher technician roles. Overtime and weekly pay are available.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service by meeting the customers' needs.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.
