Tire Discounters is seeking entry-level Tire Technicians in Kentucky. This role involves replacing, repairing, and rotating tires, with hands-on training to help you grow into more advanced positions within our service team.

You will learn to operate balancers and tire machines, complete work orders, and provide outstanding customer service while maintaining a clean, safe shop environment. This is an entry-level opportunity to start a rewarding career in automotive service.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with outdoor conditions and occasional hazards.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service by meeting customers' needs.
