Tire Discounters in Lebanon, OH is hiring an Entry Level Tire Technician to learn tire installation, repair, and balancing. You will receive hands-on training that builds skills for advanced roles while supporting customers in a busy shop.

Responsibilities include installing tires, operating balancers and tire machines, completing work orders, and keeping the shop organized. We offer growth, competitive pay, and a team‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• No prior automotive experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Must be available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Able to operate shop equipment and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
