Job summary

Tire Discounters, Inc. in Mount Orab, OH is hiring an Entry Level Tire Technician.

You’ll replace, repair, and rotate tires on customer vehicles, with hands-on training that builds skills for more advanced roles while upholding our safety standards and a welcoming team culture. You’ll work in a busy shop, with pay from $14.00 to $16.00 per hour plus overtime, a weekly pay schedule, and a clear career path from Tire Technician to Service Manager.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service by meeting the customers' needs.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.
