Job summary

Tire Discounters, Inc. is hiring an entry level Tire Technician to replace, repair, and rotate tires on customer vehicles. This role includes hands-on training to advance to more senior positions while delivering a WOW customer experience.

You will work in a family-owned shop with weekly pay, overtime, and a store bonus. Growth opportunities span from Tire Technician to Service Manager, with a strong focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration and ability to follow instructions.
• Stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with outdoor conditions and occasional hazards.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service by meeting the customers' needs.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.
