Job summary

RTX in Andover, MA is seeking a manufacturing test engineer to execute and support test plans for new and existing products. You will set up and maintain test equipment, collect data, and perform root-cause analysis under guidance from senior engineers.

The role requires a STEM degree with RF knowledge, strong analytical skills, and experience in documentation and teamwork. This onsite position offers comprehensive benefits and a competitive salary range.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in STEM with Electrical Engineering preferred.
Fundamental understanding of electronics and RF.
Familiar with power and RF measurement instruments.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Experience with communication, documentation, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Execute and/or support manufacturing test plans and validation activities for new and existing products.
Set up and/or support operation/maintenance of test equipment used for production testing (power, RF, digital/analog).
Collect, analyze, and interpret test data; document results clearly and accurately.
Identify anomalies and assist with root-cause analysis for corrective actions with guidance from senior engineers.
Create/update manufacturing data packages including factory test procedures from Technical Data Packages.
