Job summary

Medtronic seeks a Test Engineer I in Jacksonville, FL to join our ENT team. You will help develop and execute verification and validation activities for complex electromechanical medical devices, collaborating with software, electrical, mechanical, quality, regulatory, and R&D teams.

Onsite role with hands-on access to labs, prototype systems, and cross-functional engineers. Travel is minimal; you will contribute to product quality across the development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• Experience developing and executing test methods and verification activities.
• Hands-on lab instrumentation experience and troubleshooting.
• Experience creating test protocols, reports, and validation records.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute verification and validation test plans, protocols, analyses, and reports.
• Integrate software, electrical, mechanical, and electro-mechanical subsystems for testing.
• Design and maintain automated test fixtures and data acquisition systems.
• Identify defects and ensure regulatory-compliant quality artifacts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development lifecycle.
