Ideal candidates hold a BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, have 0–2 years of experience, and a basic understanding of optics or laser systems. This in‑office role emphasizes hands‑on learning and growth within PMS engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience or recent graduate.
• Basic understanding of optics, electro‑optics, or laser systems preferred.
• Familiarity with laboratory test and measurement equipment.
• Excellent technical problem‑solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute test plans and procedures for new product development and sustaining engineering projects under senior engineer guidance.
• Perform functional, environmental, calibration, and reliability testing on prototype and production units.
• Operate laboratory and electro‑optical equipment to collect and record test data.
• Assist in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and optical subsystems.
• Document test results, deviations, and data analysis in technical reports.
• Support root‑cause investigations and corrective actions.
