Job summary

Textron is hiring an entry-level Sales Associate in Georgia, Cartersville. You will support Territory Sales Managers in the field, build relationships with customers, and research new business opportunities while learning Textron Specialized Vehicles products and the competitive landscape.

You will report progress to leadership and develop both inside and outside sales skills through cross-functional assignments, with relocation options and a compressed work week at select locations.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
• Years of Experience: 0-2 years of experience required, previous sales experience preferred.
• Software Knowledge: Salesforce and Microsoft Office Applications.
• Must be comfortable in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Territory Sales Managers in the field with their existing customer base by attending visits.
• Cultivate relationships with internal customers to create synergy and support in the business.
• Research new business opportunities and sales leads driven by the market.
• Analyze the current market and offer recommendations to the business to get ahead of the competition.
• Acquire knowledge on all Textron Specialized Vehicles products as well as the competing products.
• Regularly report out to leadership on project progress.
• Learn inside and outside sales techniques. Complete and participate in cross-functional assignments as needed.
