Job summary

Textron is seeking a 2027 Sales Associate in Georgia. This entry-level role offers mentorship and hands-on development across functions, with exposure to real projects and collaboration with experienced teams.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 0–2 years of sales experience, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and proficient with Salesforce and MS Office to manage customer relationships and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 0–2 years of experience in sales; previous sales experience preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce and MS Office.
• Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Territory Sales Managers in the field with their existing customer base by attending visits.
• Cultivate relationships with internal customers to create synergy and support in the business.
• Research new business opportunities and sales leads driven by the market.
• Analyze the current market and offer recommendations to the business to get ahead of the competition.
• Acquire knowledge on all Textron Specialized Vehicles products as well as the competing products.
• Regularly report out to leadership on project progress.
• Learn inside and outside sales techniques. Complete and participate in cross‑functional assignments as needed.
