Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an Express Service Technician to perform vehicle maintenance per dealer and factory standards, building customer loyalty by delivering trusted care and reliability.

Applicants should have a High School diploma or equivalent, at least 6 months of express/quick-lube experience (OEM experience preferred), and a valid in-state driver's license. A passion for cars and service, along with attention to detail, is essential for success.

• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
• Keep up to date with factory bulletins and training classes as appropriate.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities?

• Performing vehicle maintenance work as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards, to drive Customer loyalty.
• Communicating with the Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and Customer communication.
• Documenting work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
• Keeping abreast of factory technical bulletins and participating in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate.
• Providing an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty

What are the requirements for this job?

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 6 months of experience as an express/quick lube technician. OEM experience is preferred
