Job summary

AutoNation Memphis is seeking an Express Service Technician to perform vehicle maintenance as outlined on repair orders, following dealership and factory standards to foster customer trust and loyalty.

You will communicate with Parts and Service Advisors, document work on repair orders, and stay updated with factory bulletins and training to ensure safety and quality. This role emphasizes delivering an exceptional customer experience and advancing within AutoNation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as express/quick lube technician preferred.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to follow processes to ensure quality and safety.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and maintain a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Performing vehicle maintenance work as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards, to drive Customer loyalty.
• Communicating with the Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and Customer communication.
• Documenting work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
• Keeping abreast of factory technical bulletins and participating in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate.
• Providing an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
