Campers Inn RV is seeking an Entry Level RV Technician to join our team! We provide free basic tools to keep after 12 months of employment! No experience necessary! With our in-house technician training program, you'll learn valuable on-the-job skills immediately. This role involves diagnosing, inspecting, adjusting, and repairing recreational vehicles including travel trailers.

Essential Job Functions include:

• This is a safety-sensitive position.
• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, battery checks, and lubrication.
• Assist in inspecting and testing equipment for defects.
• Verify dimensions and clearances of parts.
• Assist in repairing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC components.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• No prior experience required.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operational manuals.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Ability to comply with OSHA safety regulations.
• Ability to handle chemicals and solvents safely.
• Ability to move RVs of various sizes, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds.
