Job summary

Orenco Systems, Inc. in Oregon seeks an entry-level Technical Service Representative I to support customers with product questions, process orders, and document feedback.

You will learn Orenco products, assist with field installations, and contribute to a positive customer experience. You’ll be part of a collaborative sales team, handling inquiries, providing solution recommendations, and maintaining CRM records while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a two-year technical degree is a plus.
• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to analyze and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Answer product and service questions and document customer feedback in CRM.
• Provide technical support, process orders, and assist customers with needs.
• Educate external stakeholders and grow the contact database for ongoing communications.
• Troubleshoot installation, repair, and maintenance issues and reference Orenco products.
• Support other sales team members with overflow calls and inquiries; provide order status updates.
• Maintain regular attendance and participate in team and departmental initiatives.
