Job summary

Orenco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Customer Account Specialist to support customers and regional sales teams in the assigned territory. You will provide technical training, quote standard and custom products, and manage orders from initiation to fulfillment while ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will document interactions in CRM, assist distributors, and contribute to regional sales growth through proactive customer service and communication.

Qualifications

• At least twelve months experience as a Customer Account Specialist II with demonstrated proficiency in key result areas.
• Ability to learn quickly and analyze and solve problems.
• Good organizational skills and professional, courteous customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced math and algebra skills; college level preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical training and development support to the Customer Service Team.
• Assist regional sales in setting up distributor accounts and orders.
• Document tasks and customer interactions in CRM; maintain accurate contacts.
• Offer value-add product recommendations to improve the customer experience.
• Handle purchase orders, logistics, returns, and warranty claims within the territory.
