Pentair in Conroe, TX is seeking a Junior Engineered Sales Support Specialist to join the Technical Sales Support Team. You will assist with the design and deployment of equipment within our filtration solutions portfolio and support the techno-commercial proposal development, engineering, and project management phases of the project life cycle.

The role requires a technical mindset, proficiency with MS Office and Salesforce, the ability to read technical drawings, and a willingness to travel up

Qualifications

• Technical degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in a technical environment.
• Strong MS-Office proficiency and Salesforce experience.
• Ability to read technical drawings and documents.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional order initiation activities.
• Prepare and transmit project documents and IOM/nameplates.
• Coordinate milestone invoicing with vendors.
• Manage document revision control.
• Support revenue/backlog forecasting and progress reporting.
• Assist with project management tasks as assigned.
