You will support full-cycle recruitment for experienced technology professionals, source candidates through LinkedIn and job boards, review resumes, conduct screening calls, and coordinate interviews while building talent pipelines for current and future opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, Technology, or a related field.
• Recent college graduate with zero to two years of professional experience.
• 3.0 GPA or higher preferred.
• Prior recruiting experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruitment for technology professionals across a variety of technical roles.
• Learn the requirements, responsibilities, and technical skills associated with assigned positions.
• Source prospective candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, employee referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Review resumes and identify candidates whose experience aligns with position requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening calls to assess qualifications, technical experience, career interests, availability, and basic employment eligibility.
• Present qualified candidates to experienced recruiters and hiring managers for consideration.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruiting process.
• Develop professional relationships with candidates and maintain talent pipelines for current and future opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and timely candidate information in LTM's applicant tracking system.
• Follow up with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers to help move the recruitment process forward.Manage multiple positions, candidates, interviews, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Support additional Talent Acquisition projects and recruiting activities as needed.
