You will fill FIRPTA forms 8288 and 8288-B, file W-7, and prepare individual foreign tax returns related to real estate rentals or sales. Familiarity with Thomson Reuters Ultratax is helpful.

Qualifications

• Experience in personal tax preparation is helpful.
• Ability to gather client information and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Answering the phone and gathering client information.
• Fill out FIRPTA documents including 8288 & 8288-B, and W-7.
• Prep individual foreign tax returns for real estate rentals or sales.
• Work with client to gather missing information.
• Overtime during tax season may be required.
