Job summary

Cottrell Tax & Accounting, LLC in Naples, FL is seeking a driven, organized team player to handle tax preparation tasks, communicate with clients by phone and email, and gather client information.

You will fill FIRPTA forms 8288 and 8288-B, file W-7, and prepare individual foreign tax returns related to real estate rentals or sales. Familiarity with Thomson Reuters Ultratax is helpful.

Qualifications

• Experience in personal tax preparation is helpful.
• Ability to gather client information and communicate clearly.

Candidate must be driven, highly organized, and a team player. Must also be comfortable sitting in front of clients and be able to communicate back and forth via email and phone.

Responsibilities:

• Answering the phone and gathering client information

• Work with client to gather missing information
• Working knowledge of Thomson Reuters Ultratax is helpful.

Pay is competitive and based on experience. Two additional bonuses are giving every year based on individual and business performance.

Office hours are 9-5 pm, M-F; overtime during tax season is required.
