Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, sales, retail, or restaurant environments.
• Experience speaking with customers or vendors face-to-face or by phone.
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, metrics-driven setting.
• Proficiency/knowledge of sourcing platforms (Indeed, AI tools, job boards, etc.).
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing talent.
• Generate revenue through contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire placements.
• Consistently meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue targets.
• Utilize CRM/ATS systems to track activity, pipeline, and performance metrics.
• Stay current on market trends, talent availability, and AI technology.
• Provide consultative guidance to clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
