CommonSail Investment Group in Brighton, MI seeks an Entry-Level Recruiter to support day-to-day recruiting tasks and learn the full lifecycle of recruitment. You’ll coordinate interviews, assist with candidate communication, and help ensure a smooth experience for candidates and hiring leaders.

Qualifications

• Interest in recruiting or Talent Acquisition.
• Strong communicator who can build meaningful relationships with candidates and hiring leaders.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where priorities can change quickly.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a high volume of interviews, including scheduling with candidates and hiring leaders across multiple calendars.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the process to provide updates, confirmations, and a great overall experience.
• Post and maintain job openings across approved platforms.
• Review resumes and assist with initial candidate outreach and screening as needed.
• Support administrative tasks throughout the hiring process.
• Help track candidate activity and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Partner with hiring leaders to ensure interview logistics run smoothly; assist with offer coordination and pre-employment steps.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve recruiting processes.
