• Coordinate recruiter screens, interviews, calendars, candidate communications, and related logistics.
• Maintain requisition and candidate records in the ATS.
• Monitor tasks, deadlines, and requests; escalate priorities as needed.
• Assist recruiters and hiring managers with events, intake scheduling, and feedback reminders.
• Support recruitment marketing initiatives and reporting efforts.
• Provide backup coverage across assigned areas based on priorities.
