Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, business, communications, marketing, or related field.
• 0+ years of experience required.
• Microsoft Office proficiency; Taleo or similar ATS preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting activities for entry-level and moderately complex requisitions.
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand position requirements and talent needs.
• Review applications and evaluate qualifications against job requirements.
• Conduct screening interviews and assess candidates' fit.
• Offer recommendations and updates to hiring leaders and TA team.
• Support offer development with candidate insights and market info.
• Monitor progress and suggest solutions to hiring challenges.
• Collaborate with HR and TA to support workforce planning.
