Textron Systems in Hunt Valley is seeking an entry-level Systems Engineer I to support the development of robotics and unmanned systems across the full product lifecycle. You will work with experienced engineers on requirements analysis, integration, testing, and fielding for defense and commercial customers.

You will learn foundational systems engineering, MBSE (SysML), and hardware/software integration while collaborating with cross-functional teams and program staff.

Qualifications

• Entry-level Systems Engineer I with enthusiasm to learn.
• Foundational understanding of hardware and/or software systems.
• Helpful exposure to MBSE or modeling tools.
• Willingness to work with DoD environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in systems engineering tasks across the product lifecycle under mentorship from senior engineers.
