Job summary

Textron Systems is seeking an entry-level Manufacturing Engineer I (Electronic Systems) in Hunt Valley, MD to contribute to real projects and collaborate with experienced teams.

You will develop repeatable assembly, inspection, and test instructions, identify efficiency opportunities, train technicians, and lead root-cause and corrective actions with internal teams and suppliers. This role requires US citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or other related Engineering degree.
• Action and result oriented.
• This position requires a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop repeatable and reproducible assembly, inspection, and test instructions.
• Identify efficiency opportunities.
• Conduct technician training and certification.
• Lead effective root cause and corrective action activities both internally and with our suppliers.
