Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent work experience required.
- 1+ years in systems administration, technical support, or infrastructure operations.
- Experience with Windows Server, AD, and enterprise infrastructure technologies.
- Familiarity with automation and monitoring tools; strong collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, administer, and maintain infrastructure solutions for clients.
- Support Windows Server, virtualization, Microsoft 365, cloud tech, storage, and backups.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, patch, and manage system changes per SLAs.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and procedures.
