Job summary

Trinity Health in Dubuque, IA is seeking a full-time Supply Clerk to support patient care operations by managing equipment, med-surg supplies, and inventory. The role focuses on accurate data entry, stock replenishment, and liaison with end users to resolve supply issues.

You will maintain clean storage areas, perform PAR levels, and assist the Supply Leader with special tasks, delivering reliable, compassionate service in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Request, receive, distribute equipment and obsolescence management and stocking of general med-surg supplies.
• Work with end users to request supplies, troubleshoot supply issues, and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain work and supply storage areas and equipment in a clean, up-to-date, organized and safe condition.
• Perform periodic PAR level replenishment duties to maintain stock levels.
• Serve as frontline supply support for ordering, data entry and payment activities.
• Assist Supply Leader with special assignments.

Description

Position Purpose: Performs essential base-level tasks and functions related to service fulfillment, disinfection & sanitation in patient facing, ancillary or back-office areas Provides service, support & colleague or customer support in accordance with level of experience, education, regulatory agency standards & established policies & procedures. Conducts daily functions in a compassionate, ethical & respectful manner. Supports patients, families & guests in exceeding their expectations. Demonstrates the ability to deliver personalized care & service unique to the patients' & families' expectations / needs.

What you will do

• Duties include requesting, receiving, distributing equipment & obsolescence management & stocking of general med-surg supplies in various healthcare settings.
• Works with end users as necessary to request supplies, troubleshoot supply issues, & resolve discrepancies as they occur.
• Maintains work & supply storage areas & equipment in a clean, up to date, organized & safe condition
• Performs periodic PAR level replenishment duties using various resupply procedures to maintain stock levels
• Serves as a frontline Supply support representative for ordering, data entry & payment activities.
• Assists Supply Leader with special assignments.
• 70%+ time provide inventory or data support

Hours/Schedule

Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. Weekend rotation approximately every 5th weekend.

Minimum Qualifications

• Have received a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Be able to complete additional education, training and competency tests as required.

Additional Qualifications (nice to have)

• Previous Supply experience in a healthcare, warehousing, or other distribution environment.
