Job summary

Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic is seeking a full-time, day-shift Supply Chain Support role to perform essential base-level tasks related to service fulfillment and inventory management in patient-facing and back-office areas.

You will receive, distribute equipment, stock supplies, maintain clean storage areas, perform PAR replenishment, and serve as frontline supply support for ordering, data entry and payments. Weekend rotation may apply.

Qualifications

• Have received a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Be able to complete additional education, training and competency tests as required.
• Previous supply experience in a healthcare, warehousing, or other distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Requesting, receiving, distributing equipment and obsolescence management and stocking of general med-surg supplies in various healthcare settings.
• Works with end users to request supplies, troubleshoot supply issues, and resolve discrepancies as they occur.
• Maintains work and supply storage areas and equipment in a clean, up-to-date, organized and safe condition.
• Performs periodic PAR level replenishment duties using various resupply procedures to maintain stock levels.
• Serves as a frontline Supply support representative for ordering, data entry and payment activities.
• Assists Supply Leader with special assignments.
• 70%+ time provide inventory or data support.

Description: Position Purpose: Performs essential base-level tasks and functions related to service fulfillment, disinfection & sanitation in patient facing, ancillary or back-office areas Provides service, support & colleague or customer support in accordance with level of experience, education, regulatory agency standards & established policies & procedures. Conducts daily functions in a compassionate, ethical & respectful manner. Supports patients, families & guests in exceeding their expectations. Demonstrates the ability to deliver personalized care & service unique to the patients' & families' expectations / needs.

What you will do:

• Duties include requesting, receiving, distributing equipment & obsolescence management & stocking of general med-surg supplies in various healthcare settings.

Hours/Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. Weekend rotation approximately every 5th weekend.

Additional Qualifications (nice to have):

Previous Supply experience in a healthcare, warehousing, or other distribution environment.
