Job summary

Trinity Health in Michigan is seeking a Full-time Supply Chain Associate for the Day Shift. This role supports service fulfillment, disinfection, and sanitation tasks across patient-facing and back-office areas while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care and ensuring supply availability.

Responsibilities include handling equipment and med-surg stock, data entry, and order processing with a focus on inventory management and accurate records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Be able to complete additional education, training and competency tests as required.
• Previous Supply Chain experience in a healthcare, warehousing, or other distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Request, receive, and distribute equipment and med-surg supplies.
• Troubleshoot supply issues with end users and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe storage areas and equipment.
• Perform periodic PAR level replenishment to maintain stock levels.
• Serve as frontline supply support for ordering, data entry, and payments.
• Assist Supply Chain Leader with special assignments.
• Provide inventory or data support 70%+ of the time.

Position Purpose:

Performs essential base-level tasks and functions related to service fulfillment, disinfection & sanitation in patient facing, ancillary or back-office areas Provides service, support & colleague or customer support in accordance with level of experience, education, regulatory agency standards & established policies & procedures. Conducts daily functions in a compassionate, ethical & respectful manner. Supports patients, families & guests in exceeding their expectations. Demonstrates the ability to deliver personalized care & service unique to the patients’ & families’ expectations / needs.

What you will do:

• Duties include requesting, receiving, distributing equipment & obsolescence management & stocking of general med-surg supplies in various healthcare settings.
• Works with end users as necessary to request supplies, troubleshoot supply issues, & resolve discrepancies as they occur.
• Maintains work & supply storage areas & equipment in a clean, up to date, organized & safe condition
• Performs periodic PAR level replenishment duties using various resupply procedures to maintain stock levels
• Serves as a frontline Supply support representative for ordering, data entry & payment activities.
• Assists Supply Chain Leader with special assignments.
• 70%+ time provide inventory or data support

Hours/Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Minimum Qualifications:

• Have received a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Additional Qualifications (nice to have):

• Previous Supply Chain experience in a healthcare, warehousing, or other distribution environment.
