Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a Day Shift, full-time position to support service fulfillment, disinfection and sanitation activities in patient-facing or back-office areas. You will handle equipment requests, stock, data entry and collaborative problem solving to ensure timely and accurate supply availability.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, be able to complete required training, and bring related healthcare supply chain experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Be able to complete additional education, training and competency tests as required.
• Healthcare supply chain experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Request, receive, distribute equipment and manage general med-surg supplies.
• Collaborate with end users to resolve supply issues and discrepancies.
• Maintain clean, organized storage areas and equipment.
• Perform PAR level replenishment to maintain stock.
• Serve as frontline supply support for data entry and payments.
• Assist Supply Chain Leader with special assignments.
• Provide inventory or data support 70%+ of the time.

Description:

Position Purpose:

Performs essential base-level tasks and functions related to service fulfillment, disinfection & sanitation in patient facing, ancillary or back-office areas Provides service, support & colleague or customer support in accordance with level of experience, education, regulatory agency standards & established policies & procedures. Conducts daily functions in a compassionate, ethical & respectful manner. Supports patients, families & guests in exceeding their expectations. Demonstrates the ability to deliver personalized care & service unique to the patients' & families' expectations / needs.

What you will do:

• Duties include requesting, receiving, distributing equipment & obsolescence management & stocking of general med-surg supplies in various healthcare settings.

• Works with end users as necessary to request supplies, troubleshoot supply issues, & resolve discrepancies as they occur.

• Maintains work & supply storage areas & equipment in a clean, up to date, organized & safe condition

• Performs periodic PAR level replenishment duties using various resupply procedures to maintain stock levels

• Serves as a frontline Supply support representative for ordering, data entry & payment activities.

• Assists Supply Chain Leader with special assignments.

• 70%+ time provide inventory or data support

Hours/Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Minimum Qualifications:

• Have received a High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Be able to complete additional education, training and competency tests as required.

Additional Qualifications (nice to have):

• Previous Supply Chain experience in a healthcare, warehousing, or other distribution environment.
