Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level supplemental insurance sales professional in Selma, AL. You will receive comprehensive training and earn as you learn through draw pay, commissions, and performance bonuses while building a local client portfolio.

You will engage with business owners, HR leaders, and decision-makers, delivering presentations, managing leads in Salesforce, and scheduling meetings to grow territory sales. No prior licensing required—licensing support provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience in sales or related field will be considered.
• Experience not required; training provided and license support available.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation may be required in the job area.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses to develop relationships with local owners and re-service clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Work with the sales manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedule; submit schedule to manager weekly.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
