This entry-level role provides on-the-job training in utility locating and designating, with no prior experience or advanced degree required. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical (U.S. only).
• Ability to obtain DOT medical card for CMV operation (U.S. only).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate heavy tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, by company vehicle or air travel.
• Good oral communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Learn operation of SUE locating and designating equipment.
• Use tools to conduct utility investigations, including jackhammer and other equipment.
• Drive commercial motor vehicles; CDL license not required.
• Complete daily logs of work performed, including basic math.
• Perform daily vehicle maintenance.
• Set up safety and traffic operations under supervision.
• Assist with survey and data collection tasks.
• Perform daily routine maintenance of equipment.
