T2 Utility Engineers in Norcross, GA is hiring a Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) Field Technician I for full-time work in Atlanta area. Entry-level role with on-the-job training in utility locating, reporting, and surveying methods.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical (U.S. only).
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card for CMV operation (U.S. only).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate heavy tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work outdoors in all climates.

Responsibilities

• Learn the operation of SUE utility locating and designating equipment.
• Conduct utility investigations using specified tools.
• Drive commercial vehicles (CDL not required).
• Complete daily logs and perform basic vehicle maintenance.
• Assist with survey and data collection tasks for crew activities.
• Maintain equipment daily and ensure safety setup under supervision.
