Lowe Engineers, LLC is seeking a motivated Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) Technician to join our utility investigation and mapping services team in Atlanta, Georgia. This role involves locating, designating, and documenting underground utilities. The ideal candidate has experience with utility locating technologies and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in SUE, utility locating, or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with EM locating equipment and vacuum excavation practices.
• Understanding of ASCE 38 standards (Quality Levels A–D) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform utility locating and designation using SUE technologies.
• Collect accurate field data for underground utilities.
• Mark utilities in accordance with project requirements.
