Quality Machine & Fab in Tulsa, OK is hiring entry-level structural welders for a busy fabrication shop that builds custom equipment for the oil & gas industry. This is a great opportunity for someone with 6 months to 1 year of welding experience who wants hands-on practice and growth.

You will perform MIG welding on structural steel, assist with fabricating skids and platforms, read blueprints, use grinders and tape measures, inspect welds for quality, and maintain a clean, safe work area

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year welding experience preferred.
• Basic MIG welding experience required.
• Some experience with structural steel or fabrication preferred.
• Basic understanding of blueprints and weld symbols.
• Comfortable using grinders, tape measures, and hand tools.
• Willingness to learn and improve welding skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on structural steel components.
• Assist with fabricating skids, platforms, equipment bases, and other structural parts.
• Read and follow basic blueprints and weld symbols.
• Use grinders, measuring tools, and other shop equipment.
• Inspect welds and finished parts for quality.
• Work alongside experienced welders and fabricators.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
