NOW HIRING: STRUCTURAL WELDER / FITTER (MIG & TIG)

We are seeking ALL skilled Welders to join our team in Tulsa. If you have solid experience with MIG, TIG, FLUX, HEADER,or STRUCTUAL, can read blueprints, and know your way around a tape measure, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Welding & Fabrication: Perform MIG, TIG, and Flux Core welding on structural components according to job specifications.
• Fitting & Assembly: Read and interpret blueprints/drawings to accurately measure, align, and fit structural components.
• Quality & Safety: Maintain high standards of safety, ensure tight tolerances, and perform quality checks on finished welds.
• Teamwork: Work alongside shop team members to keep projects moving efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience as a Structural Fitter, MIG/TIG Welder, or Structural Welder.
• Strong blueprint reading skills and proficiency with a tape measure and hand tools.
• High attention to detail and good problem-solving ability.
• Ability to pass the required hands-on weld/fit test.
