Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Review and confirm expense ledger and prepare monthly closing preparation.
• Manage employee expense reimbursement and company credit cards.
• Review fixed asset schedule and depreciation expense monthly.
• Review prepaid expense schedule and expense monthly.
• Prepare and process journal entries and account reconciliations for month-end close.
• Audit responses and supporting documentation.
• Analyze financial information and prepare balance sheet, P&L, and other reports.
• Prepare annual financial statements and internal quarterly FS.
• Conduct special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Develop and enforce proper accounting practices within the department.
• Collaborate with other departments and provide guidance on accounting principles.
