FNS, Inc. in California is seeking an entry-level to junior Accountant to support month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to accounting controls within a collaborative finance team. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, 0–3 years of experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 0–3 years accounting experience; internships considered.
• Strong understanding of accounting practices and controls.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; bilingual Korean/English desired.
• Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• CPA or EA preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Review and confirm expense ledger and prepare monthly close.
• Manage employee expense reimbursement and company credit cards.
• Review fixed asset depreciation and prepaid expense schedules monthly.
• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations for month-end close.
• Analyze financial information and prepare balance sheets, P&L, and reports.
• Develop and enforce proper accounting practices within the department.
• Collaborate with other departments and provide guidance on accounting principles.
• Conduct special projects as assigned by supervisor.
