Job Summary:

We are seeking a Junior Accountant with 0–3 years of experience to join our accounting team (Recent grads are welcome to apply). The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to support a variety of daily accounting functions. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting compliance across domestic and international operations.

This position is ideal for a motivated accounting professional preferably who is bilingual in Korean and English and is excited to work in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and post journal entries to accurately record financial transactions
• Assist in the monthly financial close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
• Maintain the integrity of the general ledger
• Perform detailed account reconciliations and analyses to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy
• Conduct research and provide data for monthly performance reports and special projects
• Assist in preparing tax filings and external reporting packages
• Coordinate with overseas and remote branches to ensure timely and accurate data collection
• Support the finance team with ad hoc reporting and special projects as needed
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, financeor related field or the equivalent combination of experience, education and training
• 0-3 years of related experience
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Korean and English (written and spoken)
• Working knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software applications.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across departments
  
  

Location:Falls Church, VA (Hybrid, 3-days in office) *Sponsorship for employment visas is not available for this position
