We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Staff Accountant to join our team with strong MS Excel skills. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain experience in accounting while supporting various departments and working with large-scale data.

Responsibilities:

• Perform basic analyst tasks with high attention to detail, including managing and reconciling large data sets involving hundreds of millions of numbers daily.
• Provide support to the accounting department, payroll team, and operations team.
• Assist in maintaining accurate and organized financial records.
• Perform routine reconciliations and data analysis to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members to support month-end and year-end financial close processes.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to analyze data, prepare reports, and streamline workflows.
• Continuously learn and develop new skills to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the role.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and basic data analysis tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage large numerical data sets.
• A strong aptitude for learning new skills and processes.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a diligent work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
