Job summary

Cordant Health Solutions is seeking a Male Specimen Collections Technician for our Field Operations team in the Fort Worth area. You will collect urine, oral fluid, and hair specimens while observing male participants in accordance with program requirements.

The role requires at least a HS diploma or GED and 1+ year of customer-facing experience. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision are essential; a basic computer skill set is also needed.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of experience working with customers or patients.
• Experience in healthcare, criminal justice, or similar dynamic field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect, log, order, process, and ship urine, oral, and/or hair specimens.
• Maintain organization of the collection site and related paperwork.
• File requisitions and chain of custody forms; ensure timely processing.
• Communicate client inquiries to management or client services team.

We are seeking a self-motivated MALE Specimen Collections Technician to join our Field Operations team in (location). In this role, you will be performing collections for individuals required to complete drug screens as part of their conditions with the criminal legal system or mental health treatment. Our Specialists are responsible for collecting urine, oral fluid (saliva) or hair specimens in accordance with contractual requirements.This position will involve observation of Male participants and requires a Male Specimen Collections Technician.
