Job summary

Dal-Tile, the leading tile and natural stone manufacturer in the United States, is seeking an entry-level Sourcing Coordinator to support the Sourcing team with vendor communication, data management, and administrative tasks.

You will convert requisitions to purchase orders in SAP, maintain sourcing databases, track order status, and collaborate with Dal-Tile locations and suppliers to ensure timely information exchange and on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 0–2 years relevant experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Convert Purchase Requisitions into Purchase Orders using SAP.
• Input and update information in sourcing databases or systems.
• Track and monitor order status for on-time deliveries.
• Facilitate communication with Dal-Tile locations and suppliers.
• Maintain positive relationships with suppliers for timely data exchange.
• Collect and organize data related to supplier performance, pricing, and specs.
• Collaborate to create and manage purchase orders with internal stakeholders.
• Work on projects within a large team and perform other duties as needed.
