HCLTech in Morrisville, NC is hiring fresh graduates or early-career professionals to build a career in Software Asset Management, IT Asset Management, and license compliance. The role focuses on supporting SAM operations, learning licensing models, and assisting senior consultants with cost optimization and compliance outcomes for enterprise customers.

Qualificações

• 0–2 years of experience (Freshers are welcome).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Internship, coursework, or project exposure to IT Asset Management, licensing, or compliance is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day Software Asset Management operations under guidance of senior SAM consultants.
• Assist in maintaining accurate software inventory and entitlement records.
• Support license compliance checks and basic reconciliation activities.
• Assist in identifying license usage gaps and optimization opportunities using defined SAM processes.
• Learn and follow SAM best practices and industry standards (ISO 19770 – awareness level).
• Maintain documentation, reports, and dashboards related to SAM activities.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to gather required inputs.
