• Associates or Bachelor's in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience/certifications).
• Foundational knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S), operating systems (Windows, Linux), and core security concepts.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor SOC dashboards and security tools to ensure visibility and health.
• Triages alerts, analyzes logs, and escalates complex issues with concise notes.
• Review vulnerability scans and track known weaknesses across assets.
• Document security events and remediation steps in the ticketing system; ensure closure per SOPs.
• Escalate high-priority or unresolved threats with clear briefing notes.
• Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams during investigations and incident resolution.
