Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in cybersecurity, IT, CS, or related field OR equivalent practical experience and/or certifications.

• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to document findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Monitor SOC dashboards and review alerts on a daily basis.
• Triaging logs and events to distinguish false positives from real threats.
• Review vulnerability scans and assist tracking weaknesses across assets.
• Document security events and remediation steps in the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex threats to senior SOC staff with concise briefing notes.
• Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams during investigations.
