Responsibilities

• SOC Tool Monitoring & Health: review SIEM and other SOC tools for health and visibility.
• Log & Alert Triaging: monitor dashboards and logs; perform initial triage.
• Vulnerability Review: review routine scans and track weaknesses.
• Ticketing & Documentation: document events and remediation steps in the ticketing system; ensure closure.
• Escalation: escalate complex or high-priority threats with clear notes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: collaborate with IT and system administration during investigations.
